Workplace Safety

Keep teams safe, compliant, and audit-ready. This hands-on course focuses on kitchen safety hazards and waste management—the two areas that drive most incidents, fines, and guest-experience risks. Lessons blend short videos, scenario drills, assessments, and downloadable handouts/checklists. Available in multiple languages for easy rollout across properties.

What you’ll learn

  • Identify and control high-risk kitchen hazards (slips, cuts, burns, fire, gas, electrical, chemicals)

  • Set up safe workflows: PPE, knife handling, hot-oil rules, equipment lock-out/tag-out, and chemical use

  • Implement a waste management system (segregation, storage, disposal, records) that reduces pests, odour, and cost

  • Run daily safety huddles, audits, and incident reports that prevent repeat accidents
